Black River Falls Campus – LEED Silver Certified 

Western Technical College's Black River Falls Campus project started with the demolition of 10,000 square feet of an existing 30,000 square foot building. The remainder of the building was renovated with a new roof, south wall, windows, entrances, skylights, computerized classrooms, a student lounge, student work area, and administrative offices.

The facility was designed to be 40% more efficient and has high performance mechanical and electrical systems.
