The addition to the existing 27-bed complex consisted of an additional 18 units of assisted living rooms, expanded kitchen, expanded dining rooms, and expanded common space. Construction was planned to minimize the disturbance to the existing tenants. Market & Johnson was selected to be part of the project team early in the design and worked closely with the team throughout the entire project.
