Market & Johnson constructed this four-deck parking ramp that features 770 stalls and a computerized pay system for the City of Eau Claire in the heart of the North Barstow Redevelopment District. The structure is a poured in place post-tensioned concrete structure. The exterior is clad with precast wall panels with brick in-laid in them, a glue-lam trellis, and decorative aluminum tubes. The underside of the parking decks and all walls are painted white to help keep the ramp well lit and safe.
