Our team led the 77,000 square foot replacement facility for Burnett County’s Highway and Forestry Departments. The completely heated pre-cast building contains a vehicle bay capable of storing 66 pieces of heavy equipment, a 5 stall repair bay complete with an overhead crane, welding and oiling equipment, a 4 bay forestry shop and garage, a heavy equipment wash bay, tool and parts room, and 7,500 square foot of mezzanine storage. The new office has space for 13 employees, training and break areas, and locker rooms complete with showers. Work also included phased demolishing of the existing buildings, site paving, and a new fueling station.
