This St. Croix County project consists of renovating the existing health center building into a 40-bed CBRF, as well as construction of a new 50-bed skilled nursing and 10-bed Dementia Crisis Stabilization facility.  Patients can enjoy one-bedroom units which include a large room with kitchen and living areas, with a separate bedroom and bathroom or one-room studios. Additional amenities include a therapy pool with ceiling lift, upscale communal kitchens, family dining rooms, and comfortably appointed lounges with fireplaces.
