Our team completed this project in 2024, delivering a fully constructed wastewater treatment facility, providing all labor, materials, and services. The scope included site work, process piping, and installation of a main lift station and approximately ½ mile of force main. A headworks/control building was constructed with integrated grit removal systems, along with a preselected Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) and aerobic digester for biological treatment. Additional components included a UV/filter building, a preselected Continuous Backwash Sand Filter (CBSF), reed beds, a chemical storage building, and a grit drying bed. The project also featured the installation of laboratory equipment, electrical systems, and SCADA controls, HVAC systems, and full demolition of the existing wastewater treatment plant. Final site restoration ensured long-term functionality, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. The facility was a 2025 BUILD WISCONSIN AWARD winner.
