Our firm worked closely with the Eau Claire Area School District to pass a $98.6M capital referendum in November 2022, supporting improvements at eleven schools. Putnam Heights has a new classroom addition and interior remodel, while North High School gained new classrooms, expanded its commons, and has a new, updated athletic facility. South Middle School is being renovated with expanded classrooms, a fitness center, and improved energy efficiency. Memorial High is undergoing a cafeteria expansion and has a new athletic complex. Eleven additional schools will benefit from maintenance upgrades, improving air quality, energy efficiency, and student comfort.
