Market & Johnson partnered with St. Croix Central School District to pass a $34.7M referendum in the spring 2022 election. The project included remodeling the middle and high school, which included upgrades and building additions to career and technical education, school technology and security updates, and HVAC upgrades. Exterior upgrades included a new track and turf field and expanding the high school’s existing parking lot to improve the flow. The referendum also included a 7,000 sq. ft. 4k classroom addition, adding four classrooms, flex space, and a playground.
