The Village of Ellsworth oversaw the comprehensive renovation of a two-story, 12,100-square-foot building, transforming it into a new library. The project focused on modernizing the main level’s interior finishes and incorporating ADA accessibility improvements. Key upgrades included updated finishes throughout the main floor, installation of energy-efficient systems, and a new fire suppression system. The library now offers enhanced community spaces, including dedicated areas for reading, studying, and community events, fostering greater community engagement and access to various resources. The project was completed with a total investment of $1.2 million.
