This multiphase mixed-use facility located in Stevens Point has two phases. Phase 1 of the project consists of two 4-story mixed-use buildings, approximately 75,000 square feet each, and associated site work. Phase 2 of the development consists of two townhome buildings of about 11,000 square feet each and an apartment building of approximately 40,000 square feet.
