Merge Urban Development’s Andante project is a 5-story mixed-use development with subterranean parking in downtown Eau Claire. The first floor has 8,000 square feet of commercial space, and the remaining four floors feature 76 residential units ranging from studios to one and two-bedroom units. Plans for the development also include a public riverfront promenade with micro-retail storefronts, waterfront dining, and public grill space.
