Frandsen Bank and Trust hired Market & Johnson to remodel Luck and Hayward, Wisconsin branch offices.
The Luck branch was a full remodel to the existing bank space; the interior finishes and lighting were refreshed, the teller line was replaced, and private office spaces for financial consulting and meeting rooms were added.
Hayward's remodeled space included a drive-thru, teller workspaces, offices, a conference room, restrooms, and secure storage and safety deposit box areas. The work was completed while the facility was occupied and operational.
