Market & Johnson began working on the Eau Claire County Highway Department replacement facility in 2021 as the selected Construction Manager. This $32 Million, 200,500 square foot campus includes a heated vehicle storage and maintenance shop, County highway department office spaces, an automatic industrial truck wash, 20,000 ton salt shed, a fuel island, and cold storage space. Additionally, this Eau Claire County elected to add 100-kilowatt array of solar panels, and a large geothermal field comprised of 30 wells at a depth of 500 feet.
