Market & Johnson provided pre-construction and construction management services to the City of Menomonie to construct a 39,000 SF vehicle storage and maintenance addition to their Community Services facility. The project included heavy remodeling of approximately 6,000 SF of office space, and a new break room, staff locker room, and reception area. Light remodeling of the existing facility included painting, LED lighting upgrades, and new doors throughout the facility.
