Market & Johnson did the interior buildout for this handcrafted ice cream, food, and coffee establishment located in the Haymarket Landing building in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
The total buildout was 2,500 square feet and took nine weeks to complete. The contract included design/build PME contractor as well as the foodservice equipment; the owner furnished the coffee and ice cream equipment.
