Market & Johnson constructed this new 51,000 square foot, three-story multi-tenant office building for Commonweal Development in a growing area of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The first floor is shell space for future tenants. The second and third floors were built out to Class A office space for Wiplfi CPA and Consultants. The building’s structure is masonry bearing walls with pre-cast plank floors.
