This skilled nursing facility has some very unique design characteristics allowing for a home atmosphere for its residents. There is a “Main Street” corridor with various departments having a “store front,” including a dental clinic. A combination of a stone and siding exterior and a low profile shingled roof help this facility blend into the residential neighborhood location. During the preliminary phase, Market & Johnson worked with the owner and architect to “value engineer” and reduce the cost of the project.
