Market & Johnson worked with Architectural Design Group and Colfax Nursing Home on three separates, but connected buildings: a 40-bed SNF, a 12-bed Memory Care CBRF and a 16-unit CBRF for the general population. During the process, we worked closely with Wipfli to coordinate the project cost, bed ratios, and service offerings to provide the most efficient facility for Colfax to not only cash flow, but also provide the services that the Colfax community requires.
