The Assembly and Photo Etching facility was a negotiated fast track construction project. The building houses a main assembly area, photo etching equipment and related waste treatment process, office area, cafeteria, kitchen and various training areas. A critical path schedule was established for all phases of the project. Key building components such as precast wall panels, structural steel columns and beams, and steel joists were ordered prior to completed drawings. In Eau Claire, Wisconsin and one in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
