The 25,030 square foot addition and remodeling of Southeast Technical’s Transportation Center allowed the school to transfer the Auto Body and Auto Tech programs to the Truck Driving program’s facility, putting all three programs under one roof.
The project included demolition to the existing building along with new concrete, precast wall panels, concrete block walls, roofing, windows, interior finishes, doors and frames. New HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and vehicle exhaust systems were also included in the project. The project’s site work included excavation and backfill, utilities, a rain gardens and new pavement. |
